Parks Canada has developed a visitor centre, for Wapusk National Park and Manitoba North National Historic Sites, in the historic Churchill Train Station. Our involvement included consultation on exhibit planning, research and writing text for exhibits as well as finding illustrations. We also provided research for a series of short films for the centre.

Research and writing panels for the Churchill Visitor Centre:

  • Polar bear exhibit
  • Caribou exhibit
  • Landscape exhibits – tidal flats, coastal fens, peatland, spruce forests, global warming, contaminantes, climate, isostatic rebound, permafrost and fire

Location: Churchill Train Station, Churchill, MB
